I hav confirmed my status as a undermethylated, high histamine, histadelic. I managed to go without any pharmaceuticals and remain well, a while back for a period of about 6 months.

all I was taking in this time was methionine 750mgs twice a day, calcium 300mg twice a day, magnesium 300mgs twice a day, and b6 100mgs twice a day.

I am not sure if it wud b safer for me to take p5p rather then b6?

I wud like to get rid of the calcium as I believe it is not good for the arteries and I wud like to rid of the magnesium as I want to b able to take as little as possible, wen on holidays, or in times of high stress. I am worried if I ditch these things I may become unwell.

I was thinking I cud raise my methionine to 1.5mg twice a day, to make up for the lack of calcium?

What do u think is likely the least amount of supplements I cud take, to remain well?
