Started Wellbutrin 150mg SR mornings 8 weeks ago, have now added 5-10mg Lithium Orotate. Drinking 1L+ of leaf green tea per day along with a 2 shot Starbucks or two.
Drinking 1L+ of water as well.
Anything like liver and Kidney problems that could creep up on me here? The Green Tea, it's a diuretic, the caffeine from Coffee etc. Need to drink more water?
Anybody take similar?
This combination a single per day 150mg SR Wellbutrin and 5mg Lithium seems like a great combination. 10mg zones me out a little too much. But the 5mg I can finally concentrate on work wow.
The single SR Wellbutrin is half the usual dose, but I would say that after 8 weeks I would be at a fairly steady state always of Welbutrin in my system?
I am an alcoholic as well haha. Seems like this Lithium will keep me from drinking even just at 5mg I have no desire to drink excessively or keep drinking after a single glass of wine where before I would drink up to 2 bottles of wine..

The MK-g77 not sure the dose, I haw raws powder bought in person from a reputable westerner dude in China. I dip my finger in and take the powder that catches on kind of my fingerprint area.
Creatine HMB all of this stuff making my system work harder? I would drop the HMB as dont think its doing much but the MK-677 its great.
