What I mean by that what drug has the most wide-spread effect in the brain? The more areas it affects the more likely it will work for my anxiety.

this is the current list I got now:

lithium carbonate, thorazine or clozapine (most antipsychotics r potent)..Trazodone and Tramadol ....and Valproate...Any other suggestions??? Memantine and tianeptine are the two only drugs that worked well for my anxiety and zyprexa.. but didnt 100% get rid of my anxiety unfourtunaly.

I stay away from benzos dont wanna try them.

My goal is to try out valproate first becuase I read it is very strong and has widespread effects on the brain....I imagine most epilepsy drugs are potent too.

I don't know that you're taking this really entirely seriously and are that interested in looking at why certain drugs work for you, probably shouldn't be shoving random pills down your throat based on how many receptors they target. If you liked tianeptine then look into tricyclic antidepressants.

The problem with most drugs, is that when you take one it offsets it with other crap side effects with another, so you will find yourself in a perpetual loop of needing to take more and more drugs without every really getting anywhere and you will find yourself, frustrated with it. Take example, my concerta for instance. if I go off it I may be happy for a  bit but I'll just get depressed because objectively I can be a pretty lazy scum bag when I have nothing to do. So If I take concerta, I might get anxiety, irritability and horrid headaches but in exchange for this I get the ability to sustain my focus and not feel chronically exhausted all day. So you need to remember that everything you do is a trade off for one thing over another. There is no magic drug that allows you to get your cake and eat it. Believe me if it existed I would have found it by now. From my experience, most anxiety isn't genetic but typically is a co-morbidity of another disorder or PTSD problem that you might have experienced during your life but you've decided to suppress it accordingly.
