Weekly Zn + B + B1 regimen

I was thinking about grabbing some Benfotiamine to dose at 1x/wk (100mg), Boron to dose at 2x/wk (3mg Boron Glycinate), and Zinc to dose at 3x/wk (16mg Zinc Carnosine). This is just for overall diet + hormone support.

 

My thoughts being that benfotiamine is fat-soluble and should stick around for a while (and there's maybe carcinogenic concerns), and I don't want Zn to compete too much against copper.  Does this sound like a better regimen than taking these daily or not at all?
