Currently I am considering these 2 supplements:

The second one is simply curcuma with black pepper. To my knowledge black pepper improves the absorption of curcimin and other chemicals. If you go for this combination, i would rather prefer it in your food instead of a pill. My suggestion:

That contains a good amount of curcumin, piperin, but also quercetin and fisetin and is probably more tasty.



The other one uses molecules which are encapsuled for better absorption. This is a known technique and more like the high-tech approach. However, if you go for this one i would be careful about side effects. If curcumin has some at high dosages you might get them earlier if you improve the bioavailability like this.


If you want to get a really high dosage in the blood, then of course you should go for this one. In that case, share your experiences please.
