Hello, I read several studies and topic here that   resveratrol have a very very poor bioavailibility and a poor  poor half-life , making his propreties pretty useless,  what do you think about this issue ? any way to  fix it ?

What about pterostilibene ? is it better than resveratrol?

Some people like myself seem to be profound responders to even miniscule doses, keep in mind despite my hormonal and most other blood panels (such as HDL/LDL) being completely normal that I do have autoimmune problems and gut issues, resveratrol/grapes seem to really help a lot, especially at first. However it seems to have gone from having an antidepressant like effect to making me more depressed, its really odd.

I think you should take pTerostilbene because of pTerostilbene. It has merits on its own besides Resveratrol alternative.

I also noticed that people here have moved on from Resveratrol to NAD+/NMN/NR and you should. I do. I use Niagen but I will add NMN from AliveByNature

You should take a look at this brand -- BIOTIVIA (Resveratrol) https://www.longecit...as-transmax-tr/

And the comments by Oakman. You should follow and read what Oakman shares. He seems to know more about Resveratrol among other things.

Finally, there's value to taking Resveratrol for other health benefits: https://www.longecit...th-resveratrol/
