Hi,

Suffering from depression, as well as lack of motivation and bad confidence when it comes to certain things (not necessarily related to the depression although it's worse with this) I'm considering giving a low does of Ketamine a shot to see if it can help. From what I've read the worst side effect seems to be irreversible damage to the bladder, which sounds really scary. That's why I'm making this post. I was wondering if anyone has any idea what safe dosages of Ketamine would be and how often one could take it without having to risk such damage.

For the infusions I had, they worked up to 100mg per infusion.  Crazy, reality-bending stuff.  I didn't like it, but it was a means to an end.  Through trial and error, we found that giving a dose of Versed before and during the infusion helped a great deal with anxiety.  Also Zofran, since nausea is quite common.

I did use K for depression for 2 years and it does damage the bladdar and lead to addiction. Also the antidepressant effect goes away in 1-2 days. So I dont raccomand it.

I think much better option can be Sage 217 that together with K is the hot new discovery compound for depression.
