I don''t think this is realistic, especially made in a kitchen. As a very dry powder mix, maybe, but even then you have to worry about the ingredients interacting with each other and the whole mix being subject to air and light degradation.
In solution, these problems will only increase. For starters, you have to ensure that no bacteria or fungi will grow in it. But if all your ingredients can be dissolved in alcohol, then luck may be on your side -- still provided they won't interact with each other, in which case you'd probably need to add some stabilizing agents. ..I doubt you'd want to go that route.
Maybe you could break your list into 2-3 sets, each consisting of a subset of components that could be safely mixed together dry or safely dissolved in alcohol. Then instead of 10 you'd have 2-3 things to add to your drink.
or alternatively, you could prepare your 'stock solution' daily in the morning and discard the unused portion in the end of the day. Otherwise it's just not safe.
