Hello,

I need advice on a solvent to make a liquid\tincture of the following powders:

caffeine

l theanine

Alpha GPC

L tyrosine

agmatine

CoQ10

PQQ

creatine

Phosphatidylserine

ashwagandha

I need to know how much powder/liquid solvent I need, the ratio...etc  if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. in my perfect world, I would just drop a couple of millimeters into a can of sprite or something....like my own energy drink.

I don''t think this is realistic, especially made in a kitchen. As a very dry powder mix, maybe, but even then you have to worry about the ingredients interacting with each other and the whole mix being subject to air and light degradation.

In solution, these problems will only increase. For starters, you have to ensure that no bacteria or fungi will grow in it. But if all your ingredients can be dissolved in alcohol, then luck may be on your side -- still provided they won't interact with each other, in  which case you'd probably need to add some stabilizing agents. ..I doubt you'd want to go that route.

Maybe you could break your list into 2-3 sets, each consisting of a subset of components that could be safely mixed together dry or safely dissolved in alcohol. Then instead of 10 you'd have 2-3 things to add to your drink.

or alternatively, you could prepare your 'stock solution' daily in the morning and discard the unused portion in the end of the day. Otherwise it's just not safe.

I rather not use alcohol as my solvent since I plan on drinking this 3 times a day. I wouldn't mind 2-3 separate bottles, but can I mix the liquid in the same drink? I would think interactions could still occur with your explanation above. After all, they are all being mixed at the end. I am not that savvy with chemistry to see if there would be any interactions and such, I, however, am willing to offer payment for someone to come up with a solution. If you have the expertise and the knowledge, please reply or DM me..etc. This would be my long term solution for ADD and taking such a large stack has become a nuisance. I would not mind investing in a solution.

EDIT: since I cant edit my original post, please add methyl b complex to the solution and if you have any suggestions for the stack please let me know!

I think it'd be easier to simply wash down your supplements in a capsule form with the drink of your choice.

Will they mix into a powder and you can just use that?  So instead of one spoon of this and one spoon of that, you blend them all into some individual thing and take the proper number of spoons from that.

I don't know.  I can probably use a large mortar and pestle and do this. I wouldn't know if it would be a homogeneous mixture. I been trying my best not to learn anything new until I am done with a large test. I don't want to get sidetracked.  I am really interested though, I believe you might be able to check.

I think I might just do this. After a limited amount of responses to my inquiry, I imagined getting a couple of test tubes and a holder.  I will then prefill the test tubes with my stack every few days.  When I need to take it, I would open the test tube's cap, pour the test tube upside down towards my mouth & gulp them down my throat. I wouldn't take this everyday but on the days I need to study or do actual work.  Within those days however, I will take it 3 times a day. It would be more pleasant and incognito than taking a bunch of supplements. I only can study or work in a busy environment full of people but it has to be quiet (i.e. coffee shops or libraries). I am also uber picky where I study and once I found my spot, I will go there and only there for years.  This has a drawback of course, people see me take a bunch of supplements and make my own tea.  They look at me strange and it's sorta embarrassing too filling up my own tea with home brought powder at a coffee shop.

I think it's extremely unlikely all of those are soluble in the same solvents and possibly some are not at all. In this case caps re much easier but, if for some reason you just cant deal with ccapsules you can get yourself some orasweet, alcohol and maybe some peg300. You will wind up with a partial solution/suspension. Will need to shake vigorously daily.
