Should I not eat cereal?

Generally I eat this cereal everyday because it's yummy.  But I looked at the container and basically there isn't really anything in it.  I put almond milk on it, not milk, so my meal has no protein.Attached File  20191029_193001.jpeg   128.93KB   0 downloadsAttached File  20191029_193007.jpeg   140.51KB   0 downloads

Don't eat processed cereal. Useless carbs. Eggs with vegetables are better for breakfast.

 

The only cereal I eat is steel cut oats - dry. No gluten. Not very tatsy unless you like the real taste of oats.  It is the only grain I eat on a regular basis and only a couple of tablespoons at a time.

Almost anything in a box. The grains are ground up into powder and formed into flakes and shapes. High glycemic index - spikes your glucose.
