I will provide some shot description.
 
 
 
For couple of years i have problems with my gut. 
 
Now i have diagnosed helicobacter pylori  so was prescribed me very low carb diet. Very low. Now i have problem with irritation , concentration and mood . When i was on normal diet : protein, healthy fat , some carbs (good carbs) , my mood was good.
 
I have bought amino EAA powder and my mood starting being better. 
 
I know that between tyrosine and tryptophan exists race so my question is how to prepare meal to increase absorption on time tyrosine other time tryptophan. 
I think that if wee want to increase tyrosine wee need it fruits with some good protein.
Could you help ?

Your mental side effects (irritability, concentration and mood) will diminish over the next few weeks.  Your body is adjusting to running on ketones as its primary source of energy.  Look up "keto-aid" to see what vitamins you're deprived on with your diet.
