Hey guys,

My experience within the past year.

About 8 months ago I got my LIPID panel done.

My total cholesterol was 237, HDL was 75 and Trigs were 68.

Not bad right?

So that was before I supplemented Bergamot.

As an intentional experiment I began to supplement bergamot two months after this test, then supplement for about 2 months before getting another lipid profile, My new total cholesterol was 226, which is an 11 point difference, HDL was now 82, and Trigs were down to 58.

That was about 3 months ago.

So, I just had an updated lipid profile done after about ONE MONTH of including red yeast rice into my regimen.

Now my total Cholesterol is 200, HDL is 98 and Trigs are 62!

So ANYBODY who tells you red yeast rice is BS is themselves full of BS.

Bergamot, in my observation has a weaker effect that Red yeast rice. But both, in conjunction lowered my total cholesterol 37 points in just 8 months and raised my HDL 20 points!

This shit works!

Anything with lovastatin in it is going to lower cholesterol. It's just a fact. The only difference would be the concentration of it in the different products. I'm thinking of trying a product that contains both red yeast rice and Nattokinase.

What else has lovastatin in it?

Red yeast rice contains low-dose of naturally occurring lovastatin. And that's why it "works" :)

Yes but you (or someone else) mentioned that other things have Lovastatin. I already knew Red Yeast rice does hence why I am taking it and seeing results.

For the Bergamot, I am using Swansons brand

For the Red Yeast rice, wait, do you work for the FDA?
