Hi. Need advice about these supplements if they can be stacked safely. Want to help my brain to rejuvenate from drug abuse, cigarettes, insomnia, depression, anxiety, a lot of stress in last 9 years. I do vegan diet with vegetarian cheat days, exercises, meditation, nofap hard mode and cold showers. I want to live longer and I know mood is crucial for that.
Stack for cognitive health:

Ashwagandha KSM-66 Extract 300mg

Royal Jelly Lyophilizate >3% 10-HDA 500mg (need help with dose for this)
Lion's Mane Fruiting Body Dual Extract 20:1 330mg
Cup of Green Tea Loose Leaves when needed (few times per week)
Astaxanthin 4mg
Creatine 5g
Omega 3 from food
Pre-workout:
Citrulline Malate 6g
Beta-Alanine 2g

Saccharomyces Boulardii (sometimes)

Things I consider but lack of knowledge:
CBD
Turmeric 2g + bioperine from ginseng
Ginger 1g
ALCAR 250mg (going 500mg gives me poor sleep)

Would like to know about any possible interactions or things that might hinder possible neurogenesis (caffeine?) etc.
