I've done this repeatedly.  B complex with methyl, don't get any effects.  Separate methyl b12, lack of effects.  A few cyanocobalamins and I certainly get a detectable boost in mood.

Everyone is like cyanocobalamin sucks.  Definitely this isn't placebo because I was thinking the other one would be awesome.

Well I got Bell's Palsy immediately after supplementing cyanocobalamin so there's that
Bell's Palsy is linked to low B12 vitamins

Very strange

don't take cyano b12 people who are b12 deficient are unhealthy and the cyano will further that worse so you think b12 is making you feel worse. Also like how short term memory is half made out of protein b12 needs proteins to be activate and usually you would be deficient in that too.

The cyano in b12 could be stimulating your immune system and metabolism short term but in the long term it will exhaust your body,.

Apparently cyano and methyl are the wrong types for me.

I used 23and me to get my data.

Then I went here and read about the types https://methyl-life....est-form-of-b12

Then I went here and shared my 23andme data: https://geneticgenie...ation-analysis/

Then I used my data to match it with the type of b12 I (supposedly) need.
