I would really like to measure the effect of taking Senolytics.

How do we know what dose to take and how often, how do we know it is doing good and not harm?

that way we can really narrow down  the dosage and also the frequency of taking them for maximum effect without the bad side effects

I just wanted to start a thread and see if we can collectively work out a way to do this.

It would be great if there was a simple blood test we could do.

There are many functional aging tests and biomarker tests available. I am unsure what ones would show the most change before and after taking a senolytic, but in theory, based upon animal trials, many markers related to age should improve.

Otherwise you could measure the levels of SASP generated by senescent cells.

Also, if you are under 50, then you might not see a huge difference since young people do not have as many senescent cells.

You should see a drop in epigenetic age from baseline.

I’ve done a few fasts where I know I’ve caused autophagy to occur in my body.  I have obtained this same feeling in my brain with the Senolytic life extension product taken once weekly and now I’m on the new geroprotect autophagy renew from LE.  Subjectively I felt analogous to when I was fasting the first 3 days I took autophagy renew.  Today no subjective difference,  I am 32 and don’t need a quantitative test to know if this is working or not.  My hypothesis is that autophagy does its thing for young people in a shorter amount of time.  I’m going to finish the bottle dosing every day and I’ve got another 30 day supply because autophagy is the way.
