Yeah, a lot of folks in the begining tend to overanalyze things when in fact the issue is quite simple. Like having their routine perfect (sets, reps, seconds-milliseconds between each set) and things of the like. But a good routine does have to be well thought out (initially) and consistantly modified over time to compliment certain changes like adaptation and things of the conveniance.

But really though, all you might need is an upper/lower body split type of routine that has you using that Tower 2-3x/week.

Ex:

day 1:

Pull ups (or chins)
Dips
Push ups
abz: Crunches + Ankle Touches (works obliques)

day 2:

Sumo-Squats
Calve raises
1-legged squat/1-legged romanian deadlift
Abz: Leg raise+ Leg rainbows (works obliques)

day 3:

Repeat what you did for day 1. Then the next week you'd start off w/ the exercise for day two and continue in that sequence.

You could do this simple routine Monday wednesday and friday, or tuesday thursday saturday. Or u can just cut the 3rd day and just do each Once/week and u'd be good to go. O'course incorporating cardio preferrably on your off days and not training days about 1-3x/week.

Also that muscle atrophy thing wont happen over night but after a while of inactivity it will somewhat diminish and in a way adapt to the current needs.... But anyways if u need any pics or better discriptions of the exercises provided then let me know.

p.s. i was also thinking about doing those kegel exercises [sfty]

I read that eating raw cabbage is an old home remedy to help get rid of warts. I could not find any reference between raw cabbage and genital warts specifically but thought it was worth a try. I even asked my doctor and he said it would be very good for me and it couldn't hurt. So I have been eating an entire raw cabbage everyday. Slicing it up and having it with other foods or making coleslaws or just eating on its own. Its actually quiet tasty and most importantly it feels right.

Perhaps in this day and age we find it easier to waste 10 years and 100 million on research than we do to ask grandma. The knowledge gained by previous generations is dismissed in favour of the business of modern medicine.

I had another liquid nitrogen treatment as well but I hope to soon report back that thanks to the diet rich in cabbage the warts have not returned.
