I’ve got quite deep in the weeds on the concept of modern toxins impacting our hormones. For example, testosterone has declined among males for 50 years straight-likely due to the impact of these toxins.

I’ve thus started a search to replace all my bodycare products with ones that are non-hormonal. this means the most bare-bones ingredients (as few as possible, avoiding even vitamin fortification)

does anyone have recommendations for a skin cream, a deodorant, a soap, and if necessary, a hair gel/wax?

I use milk of magnesia as a deodorant.  I just buy a rollerball bottle and refill it.  I hope I also, absorb some mg.

Men have lower testosterone than 50 years ago.

This is one of those things I hear like everyone is deficient in magnesium.

Do any studies exist to verify this?

I'd guess that the impact of toxins is relatively low compared to e.g. genetics. If it's really low, you might need replacement. Some interesting threads have been popping up around here on hormone replacement, check them out
