I just stumpled to some sample videos from 2004 CR conference. Really interesting as most presenters are familiar life extension people.

Here is a video about Michael Rae giving a lecture on supplementation on CR, the other videos are listed on right side of the page (note that there is just 10 lectures shown on the first page so few lectures are listed in the next 10 related videos).

Does anyone know how to get the whole videos of the either the 2004/2006 CR conference?

I think the video and notes for Luigi Fontana's presentation (day 3) have some good insights into the effects of CR vs. just exercising vs. being in the control group (non-CR, non-exercise).

I think the CR society should just put the old conference videos on the net now... I bought them last year from the CRS website, although quite expensive for two dvd's =/

Yea, I would like to see the full videos too. Those sample clips opales linked to are just annoying, they keep cutting people off before they say anything.

Ah I see all the samples and notes (+some original Power Points or PDFs I didn't list above) were already available at the CR society webpages, and the full videos are on DVD for $75. I can't believe I had never seen them before. [glasses]
