Any blood pressure issue or other negative interaction I should watch for when combining the two?

I tried 50mg Modafinil + 400mg oral SAM-e and I had a slight sensation on my chest... just anxiety maybe but not 100% sure

Modafinil often causes anxiety. Keep the dosage moderate my dude!

I had seen your video and in general I follow your content.

The reason I don't stack Modafinil with Nicotine is that together they rise my blood pressure too much

I generally rotate Modafinil, Sunifiram and Phenylpiracetam as core stack components, then I may or may not add something milder on top of them.

Planned to use SAM-e (or other milder compounds if any) in the afternoon, when the main nootropic effects wears off

That being said, I could try Nicotine in the afternoon of the days I take Modafinil and report back. But taking both in the morinig would be off-limit to me
