Based on the data available from the human D&Q senolytics trial, the reduction in senescent cells was as follows from a single cycle:

p21 cells = 35%
p16 cells = 17%
Sgal cells = 62%

Mathematically, it requires 3-4 passes to reduce the Pool of all 3 cell types to below 50%.

Some sources state that it takes 6-8 weeks for cells to become senescent. Data also shows that SASP will convert normal cells to a senescent state.

I propose to have significant effect, at least 3 cycles of senolytic treatment must be performed every 8 weeks to be effective.

Or the effectiveness of one cycle of senolytics must be significantly enhanced.

Hmm, from my results I did 5 cycles of Q and F, and the SA-B-gal total reduction was 2190 down to 325, or 85%, so if we run a calc, it appears that each cycle was a 31.7% reduction in the remaining cells (1-(0.683)^5). which is reasonably close to the numbers you gave.
