Could someone please reply with a link to the TRIIM protocol’s actual protocol? I’ve spent some time searching and can’t find it. Want to know dosage and timing. Thank you

This is part 4 of a vid interview series with Dr Greg Fahy doing the trial, the video was 6 months ago, but you can always email him and ask if you can be added to the trial.  From the descrption:

If you would like to enrol in the TRIIM-X trial please either email info@interveneimmune.com or sign up on their website http://interveneimmu...m/?page_id=1148 You can read more details on trial and how to contact them from the trial page here: https://clinicaltria...v/ct2/show/N...

Dr. Greg Fahy is a world renowned cryobiologist and is also the chief science officer, and co-founder, of Intervene Immune, a company which pioneers treatments for thymus regeneration and age-related immune system decline. Dr. Fahy Designed and led the pilot TRIIM trial which first time showing both thymus rejuvenation and reversal of human epigenetic age. He is now running the follow up phase II trial TRIIM-X with the aim of confirming and extending the results.

I don't think they publish dosage.

That's because the dosage differs for each and every client/study participant.  A huge factor in the study/trial is the AI that uses machine learning and each client's current week's biometrics to determine the next week's dosage.

The pharmaceuticals used are Hgh, metformin, and DHEA.

Anyone can apply to enroll in the study, but because it's not funded, you will have to self-fund your participation by paying $18k for a year's worth of drugs, tests, and the staff to administer them.  You don't have to move to California to participate, although being in the US helps, because the study has enrolled the assistance of a national chain of laboratories to process the results of out-of-state participants.

If you don't happen to have $18k just lying around, you can try to replicate the study's results with

Metformin (which must be prescribed, and most doctors will require abnormal blood glucose results)

OR Pterostilbene, which has been shown in studies to be as effective as Metformin in maintaining blood glucose, and is available online.

DHEA is available online without a prescription.

MK677, a secretagogue for Hgh, is available for non-human experimental use ONLY online.  But if a human chooses to use it to enhance their body's Hgh, who am I to judge?

MK677 should be taken before bedtime, which should be earlier in the evening rather than later, as the body naturally produces a surge of Hgh during the sleep cycle between 9pm and midnight.  Blood glucose should be low, so no snacking before bed, and dinner should be early.

DHEA helps maintain low blood sugar by decreasing insulin resistance, and also increases natural hormone levels -- i.e., testosterone for men, and both testosterone and estrogen for women.  Professor Fahy uses DHEA in the study mainly because DHEA levels decrease dramatically in aging, so adding DHEA to the protocol helps mimic younger body chemistry.  At least, that's the way he explains it, to my understanding.

The Metformin (or Pterostilbene) is necessary because excess growth hormone levels can lead to insulin resistance.  However, because MK677 is a secretagogue, it won't induce the high levels of Hgh that's injected, and maybe that's the real culprit.  So it's safer than injecting Hgh, but may not be as effective at rejuvenation as injecting Hgh.

If you really want to use injected Hgh, it will be the most expensive part of your personal protocol because it's illegal to prescribe it in the US for anything except documented Hgh deficiency.  And age-related low levels of Hgh don't count as "deficiency".  So to obtain it for your personal use, you will probably have to go out of the US and get a doctor's prescription in Mexico plus supplies there because US pharmacies don't fill foreign prescriptions.  There are specialized clinics in Mexico and other nearby nations that specialize in Hgh treatment for foreign nationals seeking it for reduction of aging -- look online, and seek recommendations.

I personally take MK677, 25mg nightly; 5mg Melatonin to assure deep and immediate sleep; 100mg DHEA both morning and nightly; and 200mg trans-Pterostilbene morning and nightly.

This is a relatively new protocol for me, so I cannot report on results yet.  However, I just had some blood tests done yesterday that show my fasting glucose and insulin levels are well within normal range.  That's good, if it means that the Pterostilbene and DHEA are controlling my blood sugar; bad, if it means my Hgh levels aren't increasing in response to the MK677.

But I'm not a wealthy woman, so I do what I can.

My phlebotomist DID say I had unexpectedly thick skin.  This is good, because skin thins with age, and I have been actively supplementing with biotin and multi-collagens to increase my skin thickness and elasticity.  However, the greatest improvement in my skin texture seems to have taken place during just the last month, while I've been taking MK677.

Good luck in your efforts to decrease your age!
