Over 12 years ago, we were taking R+ALA from AOR I think until someone made a suggestion that it may not be a good strategy for longevity purposes. (I'm not sure if it's Michael)
I'm just curious if there are any changes or recent development on this. Does anyone know of R-ALA Cyclodextrin?
Also, I'm curious where else you guys go to for supplement discussion because it seems that Longecity has considerably slowed down over the years. Are there any other longevity/anti-aging forums you go to?
