With all 14 patients all with stage 2 or 3 rectal cancer (that had a certain mutation which accounts for 7.5% of all rectal cancers) cured for 2 years now announced, and how they said they felt incredible after just 2 doses (less than 2 months), this makes me hopeful of ongoing progress.

I am hopeful as well, but this was a small trial. Remember that most medical research cannot be replicated - up to 90% by some estimates.
