Is there any rationale or even better evidence that taking a combination of NMN and NR could do anything that taking each one singularly would not?

Renew by Science claims there is is tissue affinity, but no links.  In the past they specifically claimed the NAD+ gel was better for brain tissue

https://renuebyscien...ered-liposomal/

"While there is a lot of uncertainty about the pathways NAD⁺ and NAD⁺ precursors take in the body, we do know that there are differences between them, and they have affinity for different tissues"

From elysium.com

" it’s been shown that NMN cannot get into liver cells without first transitioning to NR"

Is this true if liposomes are used?

"Both NMN and NR have distinct transporters, and the gut, for example, has more transporter molecules for NMN than it does for NR"
