I have myoclonus and muscle spasms which gets worse when taking anything that increases acetylcholine. Anything with mild cholinesterase inhibitor effects is a nightmare for me. I can't even take uridine.

I think it's impacting my cognition in a big way too as I've read having too much acetylcholine could have an opposite and negative effect.

How can I reduce acetylcholine? There really doesn't seem to be many things that do this from what I've seen

I have the same problem and could even have wrote this myself.

Do you have hypersalivation?

Unfortunately I haven't found anything that helps but I believe that I started experiencing these hypercholinergic symptoms after taking Myo inositol.

Uridine gave me terrible myoclonus in the past but I was shocked to discover that taking it recently didn't cause that problem. Despite still suffering from hypersalivation and ongoing muscle tightness/spasms.

What effects is high acetylcholine having on your cognition?
