I went back to CRON after a poorly done bulking, as I do about 2000 kcal I do light exercises I am 1.83m and 74.3 kg, I want to maintain a BMI of 21.75 which would be the most favorable for longevity, I am 22.2 at the moment, I came from a BMI greater than 25, I've been doing CRON since I was 17, I've been a severe CRONIE I weighed 42 kg with the same size as today at 17, I tried moderate CRON at 18 to 20, at 20 I started bodybuilding and reached 85 kg with 23-25% of body fat, I reduced my calories from 4100 to 2000 due to high cholesterol caused by severe natural bulking, I'm 21 today, the doctors say I have to do some exercise if I want to reach BMI 21.75, I go to the outdoor gym sometimes, 4 to 5 km walks from time to time, my nutritionist said that I don't need resveratrol or statins because my cholesterol is not very high, my father is an alcoholic and I was a mild alcoholic at the age of 20, would it be recommended eat grapes instead of wine.
