Thank you Michael. Informative as my DHEA-S low levels might be due to intrinsic decline with age and concomitant low NAD+. It is great you point to an actual way to measure NAD+ instead of just follow the internet wisdom and supplement blindly with boosters such NR or NMN, right? My food tracking absolutely pales when comparing to your but my apigenin intake (re CD38) is maybe in the rough order of 30-50 mg/day if that could have any impact (assuming I calculate right, 40 mg/d should correspond to 30 mcmol/l, ~2.6x lower than your at 79 mcmol/l). You are having the right approach, IMHO...
