Hi!

Wanted to do some reports regarding my experience with low dose Mirtazapine. I'm taking 4.5 mg every night for sleep. I noticed in the past that it gives you good energy in the gym and an extreme appetite.

I took bloods for my test level last friday and to my big surprise it came back at 807 (28 nmol)! In the past it has for 3 different tests during the years hovered around 500. This a huge boost. My hypothesis is that since Mirtazapine suppresses cortisol and blocks a1 receptor testosterone increases as a result.

Next step will now be to see if low dose naltrexone can increase it even more. Will get back with labs after a few weeks on it.

3-4mg sublingual every morning. Maybe I will do it twice daily to stimulate LH peaks twice daily.

Not really. Initially quite a lot, but some tolerance to the antihistamine effects kick in after a few weeks. I take it at 10 pm and have no problems getting up by 6.30.

Alright let us know what benefits you notice. I have 50mg naltrexone tablets that I think I could split to do low-dose naltrexone.

Any updates? Did low-dose Naltrexone boost testosterone or provide some other benefits?
