I've been considering that, preparing some salads or something the day before and have them in the fridge buut, won't that make them less nutritious to eat the next day?

most likely not. but you have to be realistic.. when the option is eating pre-prepared healthy meals that are a day or two old, or eating nothing or worse yet garbage fast food.. the choice is clear.

im a very busy guy most of the time... i work full time, im a full time student, and i try to hit the gym 1-1.5 hours 4-6 days per week. so that type of schedule completely eliminates me making a fresh meal every time i'm hungry. i cook my food in bulk, usually 2-4 days worth. every morning i portion out 2-3 meals and i keep it in my car in an insulated/refrigerated cooler, or in the fridge at work. i like to chop up 4-5 cups of salad veggies at a time, and if you keep them refrigerated and keep the moisture in check (a paper towel or two thrown into a plastic tupperwear works perfectly) they stay perfectly fresh for 3-4 days.
