Thank you Michael. I was surprised that with all that Bryan Johnson is doing he is at value (0.74) meaning very comparable to me with the other values, incl. yours at 0.777. But that is an instantaneous "speed" of aging returned by the DunedinPACE, right?

Am I misunderstanding?

Hi albedo, yep, DunedinPACE is the pace of epigenetic aging. That's the benefit of more people, not just me, doing these things, so we can see the range of techniques that work (or don't). That said, the biggest driver of Bryan's data (and mine, too) may be his leanness.

My approach is quite different because I am not as lean, nor do I exercise as much and also I drink quite a lot of alcohol, but I have a single reading from truDiagnostic of 0.78 (dunedinPACE) and also an extrinsic age of 47.  I had an old algorithm intrinsic of 43.05, but new algorithm of 62.93. I was about 63.1 when I took the test.  My BMI is I think around the 23 mark.  It used to be 36.7 (in 2020).  I do some exercise.

I now have my third report. All are this year:

I must admit I am not really clear on it. For those that don’t know, I am 63. I give the three readings:

OmicAge 64.098, 58.432, 58.362
PaceOfAging 0.78, 0.82, 1.051
Fitness Age x,x,46.55
Intrinsic Epigenetic Age: 62.94, 59.28, 53.38
Extrinsic Epigenetic Age: 47.25, 45.8, 36.59

This is where I get really confused in that my epigenetic ages are going down, but the rate of aging is going up.

I may do this again, but I must admit I prefer the blood biomarkers because I can understand what they mean.
