I have recently acquired C60 from PureC60OliveOil. It is in liquid form. How do I take this? Do I just put it in a spoon and swallow it?

A word of caution though. Even though there are some theories as to how C60 in oil could have some positive health effects, the original Baati study have never been reproduced. Ichor did not find any benefits in their mouse experiments/trials.

It looks like you have C60 from a reputable seller. Most people take a teaspoon a day. Some people take cycle their intake by taking it for a week, and skipping it for a week.

I go through a couple of bottles each week. No cycles. You just pee it out and when it's not in your body you're not getting any benefits from it and aging keeps going on when its out of your body.

The problem with c60 its that people aren't taking enough.
