I wonder what I have been doing as over 20 years (now 70 yo) my T and free-T has been rising to the top of the normal for men! Any clue? I do not overdo with exercise (unfortunately), proteins etc ...

.. sorry, my mistake, not really to the top but rather 20% lower of "normal" reference, yet increasing over time. I am roughly in the Q2 % of body fat in the study posted in your video.

Just curious, what are your actual numbers? Could you give a more detailed breakdown of your diet, lifestyle, etc?

Thank you. Nothing really special:

T (nmol/l) 26 [12-38] up ~85% over 20y

free-T (pmol/l) 468 [91-579] up ~45% over 20y

Diet: nothing special, more or less balanced macronutrients (est protein ~80g)

Weight 77kg, est LBM ~20-25%, BMI 22

Moderate but regular exercise (fixed bike, walking, resistance ~1x/week)
