Hi, I'm 25 years old and I have a mild DSA, it takes me longer to study and to remember the various concepts, in these months I want to prepare for a test to enter a university but the amount of work to study is really a lot and I'm struggling (including biology, chemistry, general knowledge, logical reasoning),
So I would like to find an effective stack that I can take for my situation for about 3 months, obviously interspersed with days off, this week and the weeks before the test I'm at home, instead I normally work so I would need something that I can take in the morning when I'm home from work and something else that is most effective when I get home from work (at 5 P.M).
I tried Modafinil in the past and it seemed very effective but I should take it early to avoid insomnia so it would just be wasted energy if I take it while working.
I also tried huperzine, it improves concentration a bit but obviously there is no comparison with modafinil
So to you nootropic gurus I ask you what you would recommend in my case, I would like to do 2 stacks, 1 for when I am at home from work and 1 for when I go to work and possibly how to manage the down phase, with which supplements and timing.
