Another great presentation!  Thank you so much for your wonderful work!  

 

I was alarmed at the eggs showing a detrimental effect, as I assume it was the Lecithin / PC that caused the effect, and I am a big fan of PPC (polyenylphosphatidylcholine), also known as "Essential Phospholipids".  

 

PPC is the polyunsaturated fraction of simple soy lecithin, which has some remarkable properties that seem similar to fish oil, without the oxidation / rancidity and heavy metal issues associated with fish oils.  

 

It would be a shame if PPC had a similar detrimental effect as the egg Lecithin.
