30yo male, I've been heavily experimenting since summer of last year, and feel that I've found something that's worked very well for me and I wanted to share. Perhaps it's because I was so unhealthy before, but I have not felt this good since my early 20s, I feel better now than after 2018 at least.

This is largely based on Blueprint products with a few twists, and far less expensive.

# Powders (mixed together in batches of 30 doses and drank):

Glycine 1.2g
NMN 300mg
Creatine 2.5g
Taurine 1.5g
Luteolin 100mg
Fisetin 100mg
CoQ10 (ubiquinone) 150mg
*
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 1g drank separately throughout the day

# Pills:

CaAKG 1g (it's hard to find bulk powder of this or even regular AKG, very expensive)
Multi-vitamin (Life-Extension)
EPA/DHA fish oil (Life-Extension)
Vitamin D3 5000IU totaling 6000 with multi
Vitamin K2 (500mcg mk-4, 100mcg mk-7)
Melatonin 500mcg (night)

# Diet:

Calorie restriction.
18:6 fasting every day.
Daily smoothie containing broccoli/wheat germ/pomegranate powder/walnuts/blueberries/seeds.
*
Sulforaphane from the raw broccoli when blended and allowed to sit (glucoraphanin conversion).
Spermidine from the wheat germ.
Urolithin A from the pomegranate powder and walnuts (potentially depending on gut bacteria, who knows).

# Exercise:

1 day full body moderate weight lifting and calisthenics
2 days light cardio/rest

# Things I am considering:

Astaxanthin
Lutein
Zeaxanthin
Lycopene
Curcumin/tumeric

# Things I am less considering:

Resveratrol
Cocoa flavanols
Ginger
EGCG
Berberine
Astragalus

# Things I don't/won't take anymore:

NAC 1.2g
Quercetin 200mg
