30yo male, I've been heavily experimenting since summer of last year, and feel that I've found something that's worked very well for me and I wanted to share. Perhaps it's because I was so unhealthy before, but I have not felt this good since my early 20s, I feel better now than after 2018 at least.
This is largely based on Blueprint products with a few twists, and far less expensive.

I see the title is "inexpensive" regimen. What would estimate your monthly cost is?

The powders are the part that's cheap, most of them are a few or dozens of pennies a day.
For example the glycine I got 1kg for $24.2, that's 833 days of doses at 1.2g, or just under 3 cents a day. Glycine is one of the cheaper ones admittedly. The NMN for example is $21 for 100g, or 333 doses at 300mg, about 6 cents a day.
The pills are much more expensive relatively, the supplement industry seems to have an issue with egregious markups in general once the substance is put in capsule or pill form.
I would have a hard time accurately estimating my total monthly costs without sitting down and going through order history and doing a lot more math, and costs are unfortunately changing and going up all the time. The powders are some few dollars a month. I take 1x the multi and fish-oil, not 2, a bottle of 120 of them cost me about $15 each so like 25 cents a day for both of those or like $8-9 a month. The d3+k2 and melatonin are pretty cheap. CaAKG is the most expensive, about $10 per month. Powders and pills all together probably less than $50 a month. The food if we're counting that is much harder for me to estimate, I don't measure it out.

Aint it the truth! Those greedy so and so's think nothing of charging 5x the price and I've seen 10x the price between powder and pill. Machines can crank out caps and pills by the thousands every day. It might cost 2 cents extra for the cap and putting it in but they charge like it cost them half a buck. And the pill presses don't even use a cap but the price shoots up anyway
I spend a fortune on supps, I used to cap up a lot of it but have gotten lazy. $50 a month sounds very cheap
