Hi, I need a source for allopregnenolone. It is for late alzheimer's/dementia. Pregnenolone was good as an anxiolytic. Hoping this can help with paranoia, anxiety, and irritability, along with being neuro supportive.


Please reply or message me with any sources. Willing to purchase from someone that has some, it is a desperate situation.

Question: By Allopregnanolone, were you looking for brexanolone/Zulresso? In case you weren't aware, that has very low oral bioavailability (>5%) and has to be administered by I.V. or injection. If you're looking for oral forms, look into Zuranolone (aka Zurzuvae) or Ganaxolone (Ztalmy). These are both analogues of allopregnenolone that have been modified to be orally bioavailable. They're very similar in effects.
