I was wondering if any of you have or are currently doing calorie restriction. Anyone can live on 1750 cal for a few months but after that it always seems to come apart. Other than just trying harder, I wondered if any of you started to slip and then found a way to stay on. From everything I've heard Walford say, there are healthy people out there who have no particular long term trouble. He says hunger is mainly a matter of habit, which is true, but I always run into a wall after several months.

PLease refer to the area under Optimal Living, Supplements, and CR (Caloric Restriction) found here:

A number of folks are involved and you will find various commentaries in a number of discussions around the forum. Good to have your company and feel free to address your concerns.
