I've been a bona fide Beatles addict since a very early age. I saw the original Ed Sullivan show with the Beatles when they first made their debut in America when I was about 8 years-old. I've tried to quit and did so for many years. Even when I wasn't listening, the songs would still play in my mind.

It's ironic elijah3 that you and I ( and *maybe* a few others here ) have
experienced the Ed Sullivan show.

----The Immortality Institute is a nonprofit 501(3)© organization with the mission "to conquer the blight of involuntary death."---

I tried to find a Beatles song I really liked, but nothing came up.

Check out:

'waste of time videos'

(I'll post something there for you soon, that's not music related.)

Not my favorite song, but it is a music video.
It wasn't a music
video then. If you missed the performance it was gone. VCR's were
in the future.

The Doors I'm up on, but I never heard of Ultraviolet. Isn't Ultraviolet a modern day band?
I try not to get absorbed in music like that anymore.

I usually don't get into dance music too much but
Spirits by Meja is definitely OK.

On the lighter side, maybe you'll like this ???

Rock Me Amadeus by Falco

http://www.dailymoti...rock-me-amadeus

Translation (give or take)

Rock Me Amadeus

Ooo rock me Amadeus
Rock me Amadeus...
Rock rock rock rock me Amadeus
Rock me all the time to the top

He was a Punker
And he lived in the big city
It was Vienna, was Vienna
Where he did everything
He had debts, for he drank
But all the women loved him
And each one shouted:
Come on and rock me Amadeus

Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus

He was Superstar
He was popular
He was so exalted
Because he had flair
He was a virtuose
Was a rock idol
And everyone shouted:
Come on and rock me Amadeus

Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus

Come on and rock me Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus

It was around 1780
And it was in Vienna
No plastic money anymore
The banks against him
From which his debts came
It was common knowledge
He was a women's man
Women loved his punk

Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus

Come and rock me Amadeus...

Baby baby do it to me rock me
Baby baby do it to me rock me
Baby baby do it to me rock me
Yes yes yes
Baby baby do it to me rock me
Baby baby do it to me rock me
Baby baby do it to me rock me

Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus...

She has talent for sure Stephenszpak. Can't say "Rock Me Amadeus" is suited to my taste [tung] .

Nelly Furtado. The best song she has sung so far.

Pandora lists these artists as similar to Nelly Furtado.

Jennifer Lopez
Britney Spears
Katharine McPhee
Emilie Simon
Elaine Page

I sort of have to provide suggestions this way. I don't understand/know
what artists relate to what others most of the time. You seem to like dance
stuff alot.

This probably isn't quite right, but maybe some here haven't heard of...

Criminal by Fiona Apple (basically TV14 DLSV, so you know)
