I'm a vegetarian (but parents force me to eat eggs) and I eat fish oils for DHAs/EPAs, and sedentary.

Just noticing that your WBC LEUKOCYTE COUNT 3.6 4.5-13.0 K/uL L. Mine is 3.4. Maybe most of the CRers have low WBC count.
