All what you mention can help and isn't grossly wrong IMO, but if you mention taking T4, what you probably
primarily want, is better/correct treatment for hypothyroidism (and secondarily, a general nootropics regimen).
[ Regarding known thyroid problems, since they're so common in learning problems:
If you're german or from a german-speaking country (e.g. I noticed you're writing
'extrakt' not extract
), consider this link to find a GOOD endocrinologist / doctor in Europe,
that listens to you, evaluated by patients:
http://www.schilddru...pezialisten.de/If not german-speaking, google "site:lef.org preventing a metabolic meltdown", and
also their thyroid treatment protocol, they also have a (tinier) list of worldwide specialists.
With thyroid issues, it makes sense to be totally sure that you are treated optimally, and
only secondarily turn your attention to additional brain boosters. It is one
very common cause of brain fog and cognitive/learning probs, and it takes time to
get fully correct treatment on thyroid things, and usually NOT from the first 1-2 docs you
go to. Examples: some countries medical boards don't even know yet that some patients
benefit from added T3 (and/or selenium); it's often of autoimmune origin but not
diagnosed as such; chances for other autoimmune diseases, minor and major, are
increased but not tested for; patients being treated for standard depression for years although
they only have depression-like symptoms from decreased brain metabolism rate and such;
or thyroid not diagnosed as a problem at all anymore after being on insufficient treatment --
as one cannot rely fully on many lab range values, including fT3/fT4, as having sufficient hormones,
etc. Once you get optimal treatment, in the worst case be patient weeks-months to be back
to full cognitive power and energy, even though all other symptoms disappear much more quickly. ]
