I eat 1950 kcal/day. 40 year old female, BMI 16. I eat more fat and protein than most CR diet plans I've seen. But how could I stay at my weight if I cut down on that? Can't eat a bale of vegetables. I may have to increase my food intake, since I still loose some weight. People constantly tell me I look anorectic.
I walk my dog for 60-100 minutes per day, that's the exercise. I am 184 cm tall (about 6 feet?) maybe that's an explanation how a female could eat as much.
I do not freeze, I am not hungry, I have no hyperthyreosis (in fact, my tests have shown slight subclinical HYPOthyreosis for some years, but I feel better since I started CRON).
A dietist once told me a normal intake for me, was 3 500 kcal per day. Maybe that's correct. But it sure feels like a lot.
Well, I will log off for now, and walk my dog ^_^ Glad to find this forum! Hope I can find the time and motivation to stay. My goals are: feeling better (which I REALLY do) and living longer (still has to see what happens... :D)
