I naturally have a body temperature of 36.0 degrees celsius measured orally. If i do CR will it decrease even more? Is feeling cold,(an issue cr practitioners complain about) due to decreased body temperature or is it just due to lack of fat and ? I never feel particularly cold at 36.0 degrees.Could the natural body temperature measured orally be as low as 35.0 degrees without feeling negative effects?
In the paper "the quest to beat aging" published in scientific american a cr practioner named Michael Cooper says that he wears long-term underwear year-round in Texas.Has anyone on this forum experienced such coldness?

Oral temperature could go a bit lower, but I would be surprised if it goes lower than 35.5 orally. Your temperature in one day can vary by up to 1 degree Celsius. When I wake up my temperature is about 35.5 using my ear measurement, Oral seems to be about the same. However my peak temperature is about 36.5. Over 9 readings my temperature is about 35.9

I also think I've always had a lower temperature than normal too, even before CR. I'm pretty sure of it as when I started CR i took temps, it was already quite low.
