Blame it on your girlfriend?

She likes the Boone's.

I'm not kidding.

I manufacture my own wine and obviously drink it LOL. I have around 900 grape vines, 400 of them are "Tinta de Toro" which is a dry, strong variety with low amount of sugars.

Not sure if the resveratrol in it is bioavailable or what. Just happy to enjoy my red wine on a daily basis.

I drink it on weekends to relax. I think wine has relaxing benefits in contrast to alcohol in general. Which I think makes people sick.

I've got this resveratrol but apparently is low quality:

http://qualityoflife...eratrol-SR.html

I may try this other which brings NR and quercetin aswell:

https://www.thorne.c...t/dp/resveracel

would take it with my daily glass of red wine and a bit of black pepper. Apparently the polyphenols in red wine are a good companion for resveratrol. And the piperine in black pepper would add bioavailability. Sounds like a wise move or am I wasting my money?

Never was a fan of alcohol but have since learned to appreciate it's yang property and drink most nights. I love red wine but gf doesn't so not often partake.
Anyway I always thought there wasn't anywhere near therapeutic levels of resverstrol in a bottle of red wine? Maybe its more bioavailable and could aid supplements. I do know I feel much better taking 2g daily from one of the top sellers on Amazon
