She looks like she's used some good drugs.

She states that she's clean.A question to those with more experience,is it possible to build such a body at that age in just 4 years without using any drugs?

Lol, yep, there is no way in hell as a female she got like that without drugs unless she has some bizarre hormonal disorder, I'm thinking an androgen secreting tumor on one or both of her adrenals, and a GH secreting tumor in her pituitary and some sort of RAA system problem that makes her body retain very little water and throw in some hyperthyroidism just in time for pre-contest... In other words DRUGS
Now I do think that a male bodybuilder with some decent genes and an excellent diet and training regimen can get results like that (ie look like that women, not like some of the so called "natural" male bodybuilders) but women were just not programmed to respond like that to exercise, if they were the species would have died out a long time ago.

One more thing: she apparently was tested for use of illegal drugs including steroids at every event in which she competed, and passed with flying colors, so if true that's strong evidence she in fact doesn't use such substances.

Sooo all the bodybuilders at contests who pass the drugs tests don't use steroids? Ooooor perhaps they switch they're pre-contest cycles to steroids which have a shorter half life, or use masking agents. If you know how drugs tests work then it's no rocket science to manipulate them.
There's a pretty small number of steroid "out"ings these days given their wide spread use and it's generally when people get greedy or sloppy.

QFT.It's not worth debating whether or not this woman has used steroids. It's painfully obvious for some, and maybe not so much for others.

I think she is clean, she is far to open-hearted about herself to have done it. Usually people who have been caught using steroids have not actively denied it that much.

People that use steroids aren't evil-hearted deviants. They just realize what they have to do to compete. When all the competition is on drugs, you better find some too.
And, steroid users won't repeatedly deny it? Where have you been the past few years?

She's really inspirating that you can win contests against 25-year olds aged 52! I wonder how she will get as she gets older. She has mentioned that she will continue exercising until she dies.... She looks younger than her age as well, more like about 35-40 or so.......

People say a lot of things. Most women will never reach such a body over any length of time...without some androgenic assistance.

The Ultimate Diet 2.0 is, IMO, the best diet/program out there for the non-genetically gifted athelete with a serious interest in dropping bodyfat while preserving lean body mass.

I'm no bodybuilding expert so I can't know. She repeatedly vehemently denies using anything illegal in swedish media, she says the secret to her success is porridge and vegetables........
