American Council on Excercies sponsored a study on the average number of steps taken per day by employees:

Meh next time I'll upload an image of the chart.
Nothing shocking but interesting to know. Only about 100+ calories burned per mile walking but those 100/mile/day add up. I have some older friends who are caddies, they say it puts them in great shape (well great for them).
