I do run smartpowders. I owned 1fast400/bn through 06. I still manufacture the 1fast400 line along with other supplement companies lines today. I have lab tests on all the products I sell, all done by RTP Labs in Raleigh, NC. If someone wants a big order, they are always welcome to contact me. I just got the site setup about 2 weeks ago when BN/1fast decided to go a different direction with their site. My non compete is active till the end of this year so I have a limited range I can carry till then. If anybody has any questions, I'll be happy to answer them: my65cuda@aol.com

Would you care to share any of the details of the non-compete with BN?

I'm not sure what there is to share. Non competes are pretty simple. I have an exemption for these items from them. At the end of 09 I can sell/do whatever I want.

Looks like you have a good start on a product line. Do you have personal interests in brain health and cognitive enhancement?

Delay tactics are a technique to scare the honest people doing legitimate and legal transactions; in other words, the actions of a desperate actor who has no other recourse: scare tactics. If they were legally entitled to confiscate shipments you can be sure they would have done so.

The most important thing is that everyone involved not fear-monger and stand up for their rights, including challenging any confiscations or other interferences which are illegal. Scare tactics to make deserving citizens and upstanding exporters play the sheep. I refuse to be in their play.

The FDA is not a dictator - they are only allowed to enforce what laws are already writ. They aren't allowed to act contrary to other legislation, such as the DIETARY SUPPLEMENT HEALTH AND EDUCATION ACT OF 1994 (Summary; Executive Summary; Chapter 1).

Strangely, I cannot find anywhere the entire Act; the FDA is of course using the power of ignorance in their favor, which speaks volumes about how threatened they are by the power of this outside 'interference'. Hahahaha. Laugh with me guys! There's nothing to worry about. My specialty is criminal and civil law.

Furthermore: How the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 Weakened the FDA

Very well said... This is what I tried to get across in that recent phenylpiracetam thread...

I have no faith in the FDA. I've seen what their approved medications can do to a man. They have put their weight behind some of the most toxic stuff ever made. They seem to be aligned with the interests of the pharmaceutical industry. If they ban supplements I'll import, even it ends up being considered illegal. Our government is far from a moral authority, and I do not believe their best interests and ours often coincide except incidentally (though public outcry, foreign pressure, desire to increase GDP, etc).

Yeah, to see that the FDA approved the Z-class drugs after alarming toxicology reports in Phase-2 trials, and then allow them, while try and dictate racetam supplementation use in lieu of evidence of their safety, points straight to what their priorities rely upon. The pharmaceutical industry.

I don't believe it, fda blows big chode. They don't care about ractams I've been around along time and I've seen this scare tactics by small companies mainly smartpowders. I'm not going to go out and a limb and say its not possible, but sheep cried wolf to many times for me to believe.

I want proof!
