right now, because i'm feeling so tired & weak on Nardil, the only exercise i can perform satisfyingly is walking. i am trying to fight off the drug's inevitable (& supposedly mammoth) weight gain, and will hopefully return to my usual regime of swimming + weights once this tiredness passes, but until then i was wondering if it's possible to strain certain areas (knees? ankles?) by walking too much. i'm a mild pronator and have appropriate walking shoes which were especially prescribed, so there's no problem w/r/t/ accessories. my preferable time frame is an hour or so of casual, non-intensive walking. is that okay to do more than once a day, i.e. morning and evening? and also is it an appropriate amount to lose any weight (one website i read advised focusing more on distance than speed)?
