I am considering pulling the trigger on a concept 2 rower.
Have you all used them? What are your opinions on these?
I am currently lacking a decent exercise that leans toward the oxidative. I usually try to get it in by combining a bunch of strength workouts together to keep my heart-rate up or tabatas. I figure I can now add in an extra 30 to 45 minute workout into my day, should this be it?
