As an after thought, there are Cannanibinoids that have shown promise in promoting apopstosis and other benefits. Perhaps a small dose of Marinol could be helpful in more than ameliorating GI distress and nausea. Have you thought of that as an option or addition?

This sounds good but I doubt I could get the doctor to go for it. I also don't think having a prescription would get me out of any drug tests I have to take for both prescription and recreational drugs required in my work.

I can tell you that I had very severe GI distress taking 12 MCT Quercetin and 12 Nitro 250 capsules last month. Within a few days I adjusted.

Today's dose of 10 grams Resveratrol powder in the emulsion and 3 grams in the form of Nitro 250 was more of an experiment. It looks like the asymptotic peak of the body to transport beyond 10 grams of Resveratrol may not apply the way I'm taking the Resveratrol (I'm also using buccal application in the morning). I can see myself going up to 20 grams of Resveratrol a day in the fullness of time, but first I'm going to drop back on the amount of aspirin, the amount of Bioperine and the amount of Resveratrol. I've got 5 grams per serving in the Resveratrol laid out for the next two days. I'll stick to 5 grams in emulsion and 3 grams in Nitro for a few more days. After that I'll run out of Nitro and I'll go up to 10 grams per serving in the emulsion. I will have GI distress, but it will abate. I adjust very quickly to assaults on my GI track.

This is merely anecdotal but today I went for my Vitamin C IV. There's a slew of stuff in the solution like magnesium and potassium in an attempt to regulate the osmotic pressure the Vitamin C presents to the veins and the blood. Now there's a bag of 1 liter of fluid which makes one thirsty as heck and I drink at least a liter of water during the 90 minute IV and liters of iced tea all afternoon after that. Normally I find myself racing to the bathroom because there's a bit of pain. Normally on the way back to the office I have to stop every few miles to go to the bathroom because of the pain. Today I had to go less and didn't have the pain. Mind you that this all started out as wrongly diagnosed BPH, chronic prostatitis and retrograde ejaculation at least a dozen years ago. My PCa symptoms have been very evident all along even though no one, not even two urologists, caught that this was actually PCa until the last one sent me out the door for a year with a prescription for Vicodin and a prescription for an alpha blocker. As an afterthought, she also ordered a blood draw for a PSA, expecting nothing from it. When I was biopsied last year the urologist said that I did not appear from the ultrasound to have BPH and as the Vitamin C IVs flowed, the "chronic non-specific prostatitis" and "retrograde ejaculation" magically got cured as my PCa shrunk. So my doctor goes by AMAS testing (which is about as accurate as reading tea leaves), my PSA and my symptoms to gauge my progress. Based on today's experience, something good is happening.

Fantastic news Browser! I can only imagine the axiety and panic at that dosage. I can feel it if I leave even a small dose (150mg) in my mouth too long. 15-20 minutes is too much for me. At 7-10 I am fine. Buccal method really is noticable.

Approximately how long before complete remission? Notice a complete change for the better here, now, of course you will have maintain a similar reduced regimen that cycles.

Hush up, now, chile. We've already been told by someone who makes a living and therefore has a ve$ted intere$t in Selling Resveratrol suspended in noxious substances and those who know the theory but not the practice, that buccal delivery of Resveratrol is of little use because

1) There's not enough surface area and surface area is all that matters. Not the time you and I keep the Resveratrol against our gums and cheeks (for 30+ minutes then renew the Resveratrol) (that is never addressed), but the surface area is all that matters.
2) The Resveratrol doesn't dissolve (30-50 mg. per liter) and it just gets washed down down your throat with your saliva.

I know that I can down an entire box of Nitro 250 (I've done it) and not get the high as a kite, panic and anxiety that I get when I deposit non-overprised micronized Resveratrol between my gums on each side of my mouth and in the front of my mouth. By the time the Resveratrol has washed down my throat, perhaps 40 minutes later, I am very, very nervous and very hyper.

Then of course there's the criticism of the study where Resveratrol in solution was held in the mouth for one minute before swallowing. A big spike in blood levels of Resveratrol, but it's the AUC that matters. Well since the AUC matters, don't just hold the solution in your mouth for just a minute. Place the Resveratrol between your gum and cheeks wherever you can reach. Just how much area under the curve do you get when you don't get a spike, but a sustained level for 30+ minutes?

Now that I no longer need to place orders with a poster who has a vested intere$t in the way the discussion goes, now that I've written off ever receiving credit or a refund for a broken capsule and my taking the time, inconvenience and expense (which in emails I was promised I'd be reimbursed, but it never happened) to package and ship said broken capsule and the bottle it came in, I am convinced that whatever Bill Sinclair puts in a patent application is /the/ only marketable way to deliver Resveratrol to the cells and that ImmInst navigators will back up with posts whatever the supplier needs to further his sales and justify the direction of his future product development.

Despite the protestations of the supplier who wants to sell a lot of Resveratrol in Tween 80 (but not give credit for broken capsules, for mailing back the broken capsules in the bottles they arrived in) and those who appear to be receiving a kick back from said supplier that Resveratrol gum and lozenges won't work, the evidence, from you and me is to the contrary.

The supplier gets to post such enlightening, earth shattering, research driven statements $uch a$
"Prophets... try our new product if you liked mixed pills... most like pure pills with at least 250mg.
But we made a mixed one with a "low dose", that seems to be right up your alley.

100mg micro trans-resveratrol + 100mg BioCurcumin + 100mg MCT Quercetin + 100mg Poly."

I know Imminest needs the money and therefore Anthony Loera gets to post whatever he wants, furthering his business (and not reimbursing as promosed) along the way. I also know that navigators and guides need the money they get from Anthony for promoting his products and his view of the bioavailability of Curcumin and Resveratrol (that's you, Maxwatt). Such is the business of Resveratrol: Money talks, nobody walks.

Anthony, if you care to issue a rebuttal, issue it first as a credit to my AMEX for the reimbursement you promised but never delivered.

To those reading this, do you want to do business with someone who promises in emails but doesn't follow through?

Perhaps you really are getting better, faster than you thought. However, Im quite sure no one is getting kickbacks from anyone for anything here. Isnt this a non-profit foundation? Sure Anthony may sound a bit patronizing and egocentric at times, but he is the leading Resveratrol vendor for the obvious reason; Quality product. Eventually everyone has a snag with their order, unfortunately for the vendor the same scenarios repeat themselves. I had received a bottle with broken caps in them also, the bottle was safety sealed and those caps had enough product in them to be used. It was not a big thing. At another time, I diid have, what I felt to be a legitimate problem with an order, it was favorably resolved, in a fair manner. I dont want them to lock this thread so please keep it on topic. Thanks for your your great information here! We are all pulling for you here to beat this, and people all over the planet are waiting to hear about your progress!

Browser,

I do hope you will consider and read this post fully, as I fear you may treat this one like the other posts in the past and simply glaze over it and maybe ignore it altogether. Don't my friend, this is worth a second or third read at least.

1- I already PM'd you about your refund, and I thanked you for providing us the capsule that broke. Trying to slam us because you did not receive an immediate refund for the single capsule, then emailing me that you will wage a full out war because you did not receive the refund? immediately shows me that you are certainly a lot healthier. Certainly it may have been because of many things, maybe even our own products. If you are out of the woods, then great I wish you a long life.

2- In regards to Buccal intake, I already mentioned why we did not make resveratrol gum, also my opinion on buccal, and even told you that if it works for you, to stop the Nitro250.
The quotes below are copied directly from my responses to you:

Quote from regarding res in chewing gum: http://www.imminst.o...mp;#entry389887

I think you should just get micronized resveratrol and put it behind your cheek, like a baseball player. I believe the action of chewing a gum, will cause saliva to form and it will be difficult NOT to swallow the res. What might be better is a hard candy that dissolves next to your cheek, but again... saliva might make you swallow the dissolved non-micronized res...

Quote regarding using plain res (not micronized or dissolved) : http://www.imminst.o...mp;#entry389878

Browser,

resveratrol is
1- Not very soluble in the first place, so saliva will have a hard time 'dissolving it' so that it can be absorbed better.
2- The study references res dissolved in alcohol, doesn't it? This dissolved resveratrol would then have a smaller particle size than regular resveratrol, and possibly micronized.
3- Micronized resveratrol will absorb better than regular resveratrol, even if it is not further dissolved by saliva or alcohol.
4- Micronized resveratrol is done for strictly one purpose, higher absorption.
5- Your price comparison is not adequate because of item 2 above, and because bulk micronized res is much lower in price than micronized resveratrol capsules.

So I suggest if you are looking for a lower price for yourself, pre-dissolve regular resveratrol in alcohol so that it becomes close to the particle size of micronized resveratrol, and then continue to swish and hold the alcohol and dissolved resveratrol in your mouth for a minute or two. You assume gum and regular resveratrol that has not been dissolved in alcohol (or micronized) will provide the same absorption. I am not willing to assume that at this time.

Quote from: http://www.imminst.o...mp;#entry390018

browser,

you really should consider micronized powder with beta-lactoglobulin from say... a whey protein isolate shake. (Its cheaper, and no need to take with alcohol). 12 Capsules is a large amount for anyone, so you are an exceptional case... and not the normal resveratrol user.

1- If dipping non-micronized resveratrol works for you, stop taking the Nitro250.
2- 30mg in one liter... you do know how small 30mg really is?
3- Do the dip, forget the Nitro250 if it works for you.
4- You know, micronized resveratrol = higher absorption.
5- Do the dip, or the alcohol... I have an issue with gum unless it dissolves out right.

Cheers
A

It is apparent by your last post, that my earlier posts were not considered or read at all. Again, I felt that the amount of resveratrol you were taking was extraordinary. No one to my knowledge (and no doctor) has ever suggested 12 capsules of nitro a day as part of a regimen. Your actions regarding our product are not common at all, and solely your own decision. It is funny, You now are taking resveratrol powder in your own emulsion and started it on March 27, while your last post was on March 31. I find it a good exercise, however I must stress that if you are going to proceed, to be tested regularly as 4 days typically is not a long time. Again, I had mentioned an emulsion with beta-lactoglobulin previously (see my last quote again please), and... it appears you did not consider that as well at the time.

In regards to your refund for the 1 capsule, I apologize for not providing an immediate refund, that was my fault completely as I created the refund process for our customers. If you still want to "wage war" as you mentioned in your PM because of my process to refund less than $3 (which includes the shipping I agreed to repay you so that it can help investigate the type of damage the pill received), it is certainly your choice but I am not inclined to do war with you... My wife does like to go to "extremes" at times and I have learned I can't go marching down to match her extreme way of thinking, if I want to keep my sanity. So, no I will not wage any wars with you browser, it's not healthy.
