I dropped the CLO, vit C.
Added some Viragraphis.

Sorry, been very lethargic the last couple of weeks or so, and I've not been able to do much.
I feel like sleeping all the time, just barely recovering from it.

Maybe something to do with the weather change. Who knows.

Did you order the Modafinil?

How well do you tolerate caffeine or spices? Like cloves, oregano, cinnamon, or ginger? When you combine these spices with a strong glass of green tea, it can be quite invigorating, but in your case, it'll probably help with the low grade inflammation that you're contending with. Remember, spices have by far the highest ORAC scores, so use them liberally. Just keep your mind focused on the end goal, and you'll almost certainly prevail in the end.

I don't tolerate caffeine very well.
I drink ginger tea, and take oil of oregano, also green tea extract. Will have to try the others.
Haven't had a chance to order the modafinil yet.

Thanks for that.

I got some mulling spice and apple juice from my local store, and it seems to work quite well!

Removed Milk Thistle as I believe it depletes Manganese. I don't seem to need the Mn any more, so I dropped that as well.
Also have been gradually reducing lithium.

Why did you go with K2 MK-4 over MK-7 which seems to be more popular around here?

It works well for teeth, I have caries, it helps. It's got better evidence for arteriosclerosis benefits.
It's also produced in your body, unlike MK-7.
It's also more primal, it's got a natural source, bone marrow.

I have the same rational for MK-4 as you do, but kismet is twisting my arm ;)

While a priori the paleo angle makes sense we must additionally consider:
Long chain MK-ns are also found in human tissue, most likely we already have the ability to produce MK-4 (on an as need basis?) from menadione and thus any vitamin K. Furthermore, to engage in some speculation, there are several ways that our ancestors could have gotten their long chain MK-ns, coprophagy?, consumption of slightly putrid meat?, consumption of intestine, liver, bone marrow, etc. [consumption of natto-like foods by our recent acestors]

Now I take both (not daily but alternating) but I have a very hedge-your-bets (as long as it's safe) approach... :)

But if cortisol output is the problem, is schizandra the answer? What's your present insurance situation? Have you been using the tea with mulling spice with any sustained success? If as I remember, you're without insurance, I would look into some of the off-shore pharmacies that I recommended, and start with a combination of Modafinil and an antidepressant.
